Celli Group acquires certain Cornelius assets in Europe

Celli Group is pleased to announce that it has finalized an agreement with Cornelius Beverage Technologies Ltd. for the acquisition of a package of beer dispensing products and accessories in the United Kingdom, Germany, and other European countries.

Under the agreement, Cornelius – part of Marmon Foodservice Technologies – will sell to Celli certain patents and rights related to the production and sale of beer dispensing systems, such as, for example, the Linus range for the German market, and accessories, including, for example, the EcoFlo Smart Pump, beer pressure regulators, and taps to allow Celli to start to supply these products for the first time.

This operation will enable Celli Group to develop its own product range, and enter the world of accessories for beer dispensing systems, while, at the same, ensuring for its continental European customers the development of a range of tried and tested products.
